Prices and conditions

• The prices shown are per person per day, including half board and additional services. An extra fee will be charged for single occupancy.
• The prices shown do not include any additional local tax.
• Pets are allowed to stay upon request at an additional cost.
• Payment options: VISA, CartaSi, Mastercard and Eurocard credit cards, cash preferred.
• Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
• Smoking: We kindly remind you that smoking is not permitted in our rooms or in any other area of the hotel.
• Once you have made a written booking request and have received a written confirmation from Hotel Rodella, you will be required to pay a deposit. Your reservation will only be considered binding upon receipt of this deposit and the sending of a final written confirmation by Hotel Rodella.
• Important cancellation information: It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; for cancellations from 29 to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For cancellations, no show, late arrival or early departure 15 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Please do not forget to take out travel cancellation insurance. Sometimes things can happen before your trip which are out of your control, but at least with our travel cancellation protection, you will be financially covered. If you arrive late or are unable to come at all or have to leave early, cancellation fees may be charged to you. To save you from any additional expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that these can be covered for you by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
